Morsi Declares Martial Law in Parts of Egypt

CAIRO — Egypt’s president Mohammed Morsi declared martial law in 3 Suez Canal provinces where a recent streak of violence consumed the lives of over 50 people.

Morsi has vowed to take stricter more aggressive action if need. Most of the violence was sparked by an unjust court decision to put 22 soccer fans to death after a riot.
