| COLORADO — According to reports, Lynne Felton, a University of Colorado psychologist notified campus police on June 12, 2012 that James Holmes was having homicidal thoughts. Interestingly enough the police responded by revoking Holmes’ student ID card. Judge William Sylvester who is heading up the Holmes trial, recently unsealed evidence that has brought more answers to light. In fact, the documents even list that a Batman mask was seized from the suspects apartment. The documents also point out that alcohol was likely being abused by the suspect as bottles and cans were found throughout the killers apartment.
